International premium coffee brand L'Amante has chosen Riga and SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS for the launch of its first concept café outside Austria. Following the signing of a long-term lease agreement with the Class A office complex, the first L'Amante Cafe in the Baltics is set to open in Riga Central Business District later this summer. The decision marks an important milestone in L'Amante's international expansion and further highlights the growing appeal of Riga CBD for international companies and brands.

Occupying 132 m² on the ground floor of SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS, the new café will be located at Satekles Street 1C, in one of the fastest-growing locations within the Riga Central Business District. According to the company, an important factor in choosing the location was the opportunity to collaborate with SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS and its developer, Linstow Baltic, which has a proven track record of creating dynamic business and urban destinations where hospitality, café and restaurant concepts can successfully grow.
L’Amante has been present in Latvia since 2019. The opening of the café at SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS represents the first step in the company’s plans to establish a network of cafés across all European countries where the brand currently has representation.
The interior of the new café has been designed by Barbara Bula Arhitekti. Bright spaces and large windows overlooking the vibrant city centre will be complemented by contemporary design, creating an inviting environment for both work and informal meetings. Initially, the café will be open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
In addition to premium coffee, L’Amante Cafe will offer a wide selection of sweet and savoury snacks, as well as soups and light lunch options. Visitors will also be able to purchase L’Amante coffee beans and capsules for use at home or in the office.
The opening of the new café demonstrates that the Riga Central Business District is evolving beyond a traditional office district into a multifunctional urban ecosystem where workplace environments are complemented by hospitality, dining and service infrastructure. Alongside modern office premises, high-quality public spaces and lifestyle amenities are playing an increasingly important role in fostering human interaction, business activity and a vibrant urban atmosphere.
Opened in 2025, the 12,000 m² SATEKLES BIZNESA CENTRS is a premium Class A office complex located in the Riga Central Business District, adjacent to Riga Central Station and the future Rail Baltica infrastructure.
