Lithuanian president discharged from hospital

VILNIUS - Lithuanian President Gitanas Nauseda was discharged from hospital on Monday after suffering a household injury, his office said.

Nauseda will work remotely in the coming days after undergoing surgery for a laceration to his left forearm on Sunday, it said.

He was injured at home on Sunday and was taken to hospital after receiving first aid.
